My Story
I started in Nashville in 2008, the worst market in a generation, selling recreational land for a nationwide land development company across Tennessee and Kentucky. Then I moved to an independent land marketing firm, handling foreclosed lake parcels and niche recreational developments.
That's where I learned the job. Not houses first — dirt. Parcels, wells, septic, flood zones, zoning, access.
In 2016 I moved to Jacksonville with my husband Rob, our four kids and two dogs. I joined Betros Realty and added new construction and resale homes to a career that started in land. Today most of what I do is helping families buy and sell homes. The land background is why I catch the things other agents miss.
Before real estate I earned a B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University.

Here's what I do better than most agents: I always get an answer. Not "I'll check on that" and silence. I find out — I pull the survey, call the county, or walk the property myself.
I'm to the point, but I know when to slow down and walk you through it. I'd rather tell you the truth than tell you what you want to hear.
