I Learned Real Estate From the Ground Up. Literally.

I started in real estate in Nashville in 2008 — the worst market in a generation. First with a nationwide land development company selling recreational land across Tennessee and Kentucky, then with an independent land marketing firm handling foreclosed lake parcels and niche recreational developments. Before that, a B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State.

I moved to Jacksonville in 2016 with my husband Rob, our four kids, and two dogs. I joined Betros Realty and added new construction and resale to a career that started in dirt.

Most Jacksonville agents learned houses. I learned land first — parcels, wells, septic, flood zones, zoning, access. That's a different skill, and it's the reason acreage and niche listings should come to me.

Eighteen years in, and still here. When I'm not working, you'll find my family boating or restoring classic cars.
